●Can I make a reservation on the current day?
Yes, it is okay. For current-day appointments, please contact us by phone.
Advance reservations are recommended as we may have to wait depending on the congestion situation.
●Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee will be charged even on the day.
However, please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for those who have reserved a kimono or who have booked an experience plan.
●Can I reserve a kimono?
Yes, you can reserve it by choosing it in advance.
●How is the condition of the kimono?
Please note that antique and vintage kimonos may have some pain, stains, or fading due to their nature.
●Can you keep my baggage and clothes I took off?
We will keep your carry case, souvenirs, and other non-valuable items free of charge during business hours.
●I want to borrow a kimono until late.
Don't worry, you can return it the next day.
An extension fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged if the reservation is made until 17:00 the next day.
●I think I will be late.
A little time difference is okay. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please call us.
●How to pay?
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, and various QR code payments (PayPay, d payment, Rakuten Pay, Merpay, etc.).
●It seems that the day you want to use the shop is a regular holiday (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).
Please feel free to contact us as we may be able to accommodate you even on regular holidays.
●I would like to request a hair set, is that possible?
We do not do hair styling at our shop, but we can introduce affiliated beauticians and nearby beauty salons.
●I am kimono beginner, can I ask the store staff to help me coordinate?
We will propose a recommended coordination according to your wishes.
●I would like to attend the ceremony in a kimono instead of walking around town.
We also have some kimonos for various ceremonies. Please feel free to contact us.
●Is it possible to get dressed early in the morning (before business hours)?
We also accept early morning reservations. In that case, an early morning fee of 550 yen (including tax) will be charged for every 30 minutes earlier than the business start time.
●Is it available for the dressing of the kimono in my house?
We also accept business trip dressing. In that case, a travel fee of 2,200 yen (including tax) will be charged for within 20 km from Urubi. If it is 20km or more from Urubi, an additional charge of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged for each additional 10km.
●Can you help me put on my own kimono/yukata?
Reservation for dressing only is also available. Also, if you want to use some of your own items, you can rent the missing kimonos and accessories at our shop.
